Figuring the 5 day holding period.

: Hi Ward
: I'm a bit confused on the statute language. If a seller signs the EPA on Tuesday, when does the 5 'business' days expire? (given the 5th day is Sunday).

: Thanks!

Matt,

California doesn't consider Sunday a business day. Therefore, the 5th business day would be complete at midnight on Monday. So, for all practical purposes the first day you could go forward would be Tuesday morning.

Hope this helps.
