Zachary:
What is working for us is the period from a week before
until a few days after the filing of the notice of sale.

We usually work the nod from our desk first, disegarding
the ones with no equity and keeping a file with the ones
worth following to the sale. In all cases we input theirs
name into the clerk system cking for transfers, new td's,
resccisions etc. before going to the door.
Cking the mls is helpful too. Driving to a house to find
a for sale sign is not fun.

Walking to the door with a fresh notice of sale and knowing
that the process still going is powerful.

Big oppotunity to tell all those histories about those people
that lost their houses thinking that "been taken care off"
if they insist in not seing reality.
