Is it automatic that after the 1st and 2nd I would
come next or does the Homestead kick in before me?


I am not sure Ken. I know that Homesteads are
irrelevant in a foreclosure of voluntary lien.
Your is an involuntary lien, but probaly the rule of the
time stated by ward's answer applies. I would venture
to say that your lien is before the homestead.
