: Hello
: Can you please tell me how can i find foreclosure properties without going to the court house? I live in delaware. Also is there a online service i can use?
: Thank You
: Garry

Garry,
Another way to find them in your area is to go directly to the file clerk at the country recorder's office and ask who puts out a list. They would know if anyone buys the daily recordings and what they do with them. It is how I found the company that I use.
