5 days or til 8 A.M. the day of the sale...

Ron

: Hi Ward,

: In a previous post (before the message board went down) you alluded to something I'd like to get clear in my mind. If you give a homeowner a 5 day cooling off period and the trustee sale will be held before the 5 days are up, does this mean the homeowner only gets that amount of time? In essence, from the date of signing until the day of the sale or 5 days whichever is shorter?

: Thanks,
: Fred
