Most judgment lien holders have no clue on enforcing their liens so it'll prob. just sit there collecting 10% until you sell. The abstract is gonna sit there until either A) You pay it off, buy it, etc. B) You wanna buy title insurance. Even though the abstract is recorded against the owners name and the owner no longer owns the property...the title company is gonna see it in the chain of title and it'll need to be addressed then.
