Aha! Alfred, Look in the Research section of your Foreclosure Manual. About 4 pages past the divider you’ll find a page titled Recording Statistics. Flip it over and there’s a sample report titled, “Recorder Monthly Statistical Summary Report”. Make a copy of that report and take it to your Riverside Recorder’s office and ask to see your county recorder. That’s right, go to the top dog. Show him the sample report and ask him who you should see in their office for the Riverside version. Have 12 SASE envelopes with you. Hope this helps. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
