Most are "notice of levy" and "nt of attachment": : 1) What are these docs? : 2) If I'm looking for a notice of sale what is the document called? The Notice of Levy is the recorded document that tells you about the pending judicial foreclosure of real property. #2. The Notice of Levy is all you need. Most counties in California have melded the County Marshal service into their County Sheriff’s Office.
