: Whoever thinks that Bank of America, etal will not prevail is truly living in a dream world.

George:

I know, it's unbelievable. How can the banks lose? Why does the Third District Court of Appeals in California not publish an opinion that hurts the banks? Well, that's easy, that's what they "always" do. Then, why did they just order the best parts of the opinion published? That's a hell of a lot tougher to figure. But, I certainly took notice.

Normally the courts would just stand behind the bank. Yet, I think what we're seeing now is that the banks are working such fraud in the courts, the court's have to make a choice. Do we continue to support them and lose all of our credibility in the process? Or do we break ranks to save ourselves. I think they are starting to break ranks to save themselves.

Believe me, George, I'm amazed, but, I think the banks have seen their zenith.
