: : : Rod-
: : : Could you expand on this statement-
: : : "When a homeowner initially buys he/she owns the property free and clear after all liens are cleared"

: : : At what point specifically does the buyer who just bought the property own the property free and clear, even if instantaneous? What document or evidence would show that?

: : By operation of law, the grant deed has to come before the deed of trust. Otherwise, the trustor has no security to give.

: Hey Guy

: Get the hint. Kick rocks and move. Stop being a scammer. I would love to buy your house and
: kick you out.

: Move!

Dear Big:

It seems you think I'm a homeowner who stopped paying my loan. You have the wrong impression. I'm just an investor like you. The difference is I'm just doing it a different way and I don't have to resort to bluster and tough talk to get the job done -- unlike yourself.

And, no, you would not like to see me on the other side of one of your evictions. I'm involved in one now that is going on 13 months and is about to be consolidated into an unlimited jurisdiction civil rights lawsuit.
