Changing the vesting on a trustee's deed before recording...

Charlie,

Once you receive the Trustee's Deed from Ndex...that document is yours. So at that point you can make typographical changes that better reflect how you want to take title.

All you need to do is white-out the existing vesting language and then make a copy of that first page. And on that copy, type in the vesting you want (don't handwrite it) and then staple that page to the 2nd page.

Hope this helps,

: Hi Ward,

: I bought a house at trustee sale two days ago, and I want to change title holding. I called trustee Ndex West LLC, they said they will not do any change after the sale receipt is issued.

: What can I do? Can I change it after I receive trustee's deed before recording?

: How do I do it? white it out title part and handwrite the new title? Can I do that? Do they allow me to record if I do it?

: Thanks!

: Charlie
