I'm assuming what you mean by a CA property tax lien sale you mean a county property tax lien sale.

In such an instance, IRS's Right of Redemption works exactly the same as it does at a local Trustee's Sale of a senior lien.

: IRS lien at California's Tax Lien Sales

: Hi Ward,

: For California property tax lien sale, does IRS lien be wiped off? What is the IRS right? It is the same as trustee sale that IRS has 120 redemption period?

: Thank you!
