: Thx Dond. I didnt know they had to rent the space from courthouse, I suppose they should pay something. I remember they split up some auctions last year without notice. The site was the same but instead the the auctioneers being within 40 feet of eachother they moved 200' feet from eachother becaue it was raining and there were few shelters. Alot of people there were not happy about not being able to hear all the auctions going on at the same time, I dont blame them.

When I said site rent is cheap at the courthouse steps, I meant free.

I'm sure auction.com pays a nice sum to rent their sites. The one I attended was in a hotel ballroom.
