At this point you need to speak with a real estate attorney. My belief is that once you
record that Trustees Deed, you are the legal owner of that property. Any other recording
by other or older parties does not change the chain of title.

At this point, you'll need to see what you have as a bargaining chip. I would like to know
if anyone here believe that can be reversed by a recission.
