If you receive the Trustee's Deed within 15 days and record it within 15 days you are considered the owner from the date of Trustee Sale. However, if you do not receive the deed within 15 days and record it after, you are considered the owner on the date of recordation. Therefore, until you have evidence that you are the owner, the HOA is correct in denying access until you have proof.
