More like a nightmare! They have charged us for insurance that we already have, accepted documents by certified mail and then denied receiving them, sent our payments back, held our payments and charged late fees, etc.Tried to straighten it out for 2 years now. Finally refinanced this week and come to find out WMC tacked on an additional $4,000 to the payoff for fees and late charges. No payment was ever late. Proof was sent 3 times. Copies of checks with dates they were cashed. Our next stop is with an attorney. Any suggestions?
