: : Question:
: : # 1). If a Home is located in Texas with a Homestead exemption; can the home/property be SOLD without satisfying
the judgment, simply by giving the Judgment Creditor notice to provide a "partial release"?

The home has a Homestead Exemption and the Owner is occupying the property?

I understood that a Judgment Creditor can not obstruct the sale of a homestead property. Is this correct?
