Chris,
Do me a favor and fax an example to me at 619-283-5455. Cause all I can think of right now is
a form call a Substitution of Trustee. If I'm right it's a form that replaces a current trustee
on a deed of trust with another. It's commonly used in a foreclosure situation when a beneficiary
on a non-performing loan is going to start a foreclosure and prefers a professional foreclosure
trustee to process it.
