Assessor Lien & Unknown

Posted by Troy on August 17, 2001 at 12:16 AM

Ward, when one of my CRR leads come with "Assessor Lien", "Judgement", and/or "Unknown" listed for the TD price, other than doing a title search to find out the amount and description of the TD being foreclosed, do you foresee calling the trustee and/or beneficiary being of any benefit?

Also, are there any special circumstances which encumber a foreclosure with these descripitons in the TD amount field? Such as an extension or existence of a 'right of redemption' by either the foreclosing party or the party that was foreclosed on, that wouldn't have been there previously.
