Re: Checking BK'sIn Reply to: Checking BK's posted by Filings on January 11, 2010 at 8:12 PM Well, that was my point....there is no other way to check BK files without PACER. This is Fidelilty National Title I'm talking about. I did a deal where on a property where a BK app was a recorded doc in 2003. I was selling the property but title found the BK doc. The title officer asked me to please go on Pacer and print out the discharge docs as she didn't have access to Pacer....that they don't have an account. Who knows what that means. Perhaps they have an account but don't give title officers access because it's.....online. Who knows. I faxed her a copy I printed from Pacer. She didn't even need a certified copy. This was last year. Maybe they are getting their act together these days. : Kristine, : Is there some other way, in addition to Pacer, that you know of to check BK's? : Rick
