Opens up more buyers to our properties. Thanks for posting This is good news only if you sell to a buyer financing withe Wells. If I receive an offer and the buyer has a Wells, BofA or other "big guy" pre-approval letter I politely tell the buyers agent we accepted another offer. I refuse to deal with any of those lenders.
