Posted by Frankie D on December 16, 2009 at 11:55 AM Not including any significant damage that needs fixing (ie. no kitchen, falling in roof), what kind of improvements are typical for the trustee sale pro buyers? Do they normally put in new landscaping or sod in vacant homes where the lawn is dead? Do they put a fresh coat of paint and new carpets? Clean everything? Or do they just do nothing and and price them to sell? I'm assuming there are different ideas about this topic so feel free to chime in. Thanks!
