I do not know if all of the rights of the TD transfer to the owner of the TDUS. That would be the question since you can clearly read the agreement made by the Trustor on the TD and most all of them that I have looked at have a a statement regarding Chattel. I wonder if all of the rights transfer myself but the reality is that you are in the wild west when is comes to gypsy's and squatters. I try to throw whoever answers the door a hundred buck right then and there to go inside and video the property condition. Followed up with my best plan to get them out ASAP.
