For those who bought last Year i guess they caught a falling knife, like they said on Walls Street :). Dear Big Red, Are you insinuating that investors like myself that bought numerous rentals ar trustee sales last year when most others were too scared to buy are somehow going to be negatively affected going forward. Now there is huge competition and the price for the same property has almost doubled at sales and much higher in MLS. This doesn't count the large amount of properties that we flipped during that time, before the trainee crowd came back out. If the opportunities get beter, I would welcome that also.
