If you went through the process of moving your entire family into a new home, only to find out that previous landlord has decided to not disclose to you that he/she is losing the home and you will have to move again shortly, how would you feel? Do you not feel that is a material fact that should be disclosed to you? Could it possibly cause you emotional distress and anger? Now if you are looking for a short term rental and the landlord explains the deal, I see no problem with it? Remember the golden rule. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
