: If the full term of the tenancy can be delivered, is the disclosure needed? If so, why?

: Thank you.

: : : Can I get into trouble for renting my foreclosed home?
: : : There is no new owner, and probably won't be for quite some time..

Let me ask the question a different way. If you went through the process of moving your entire family into a new home, only to find out that previous landlord has decided to not disclose to you that he/she is losing the home and you will have to move again shortly, how would you feel? Do you not feel that is a material fact that should be disclosed to you? Could it possibly cause you emotional distress and anger? Now if you are looking for a short term rental and the landlord explains the deal, I see no problem with it? Remember the golden rule.
