Posted by Vikas Anu on December 01, 2009 at 11:22 PM We are trying to sell a property purchased at a trustee sale. The buyer has 10% down and his mortgage broker said that with 10% down the 90-day FHA seasoning requirement can be waived. They even gave a guarantee that they will pay 1 month mortgage (which we have none) if they do not close within 30 days. Does anyone know if this seasoning waiver is possible?
