Posted by Bret on November 28, 2009 at 6:24 PM I know as of 5/09 there are new eviction laws post FC, does anyone know exactly what they are and what the bill is so I can research it? Also has anyone came up with any decent work around(s) to get holdover tenants out soon rather than later? I am trying to turn deals in 60-90 and these new laws are creating an issue.
