Re: Agreement to VacateIn Reply to: Agreement to Vacate posted by Brian on November 24, 2009 at 4:44 PM : Is the form "Agreement to Vacate Premises" enough for a cash for key situation? I noticed it doesn't have any paragraph for the Waiver of 90 day notice (by the holdover tenant). What if at the end of one or two month period, the tenant doesn't comply with the agreement? Of course they won't get their money but Do you have to give them a 90 day notice from that date? I suspect no one else has responded to this post because they don't know what an "Agreement to Vacate" is. I don't think it is a standard form. My eviction attorney uses a form of his own design, which may have a similar purpose. I haven't paid much attention to it. He understands it, it does the job I need to have done, and I am happy. Dond
