Posted by ag - norcal on November 26, 2009 at 2:27 AM Am looking to buy individual TDs at a discount on pre-foreclosure/trustee sale/ bk properties - primarily luxury residential or commercial properties in Coastal Calfornia locations ( SF Bay Area/ LA /SD )... does anyone know of any lenders out there willing to sell their 1st postion TDs on an individual basis? Am not interested in buying large pools/tapes,etc.. Would love to work w/ someone who is looking for a capital source and has already done the "heavy lifting" so to speak on this niche.
