As background, I closed my business for two years to take care of my dad while he died and the economic and real estate world kind of changed during that time. As a result of that change, I came back to a business world where people went from asking me to check bird dog leads to one where folks were having me check probate and reo's and I wanted to know the "why" while I continued to work on things..I like to understand.
