I understand that buying in bulk could mean big discounts, but that goes for anything. The combination of a dishonest broker and a lender representative who is overwhelmed/ignorant/lazy/dishonest arrange for the property to be sold at a low price. The property either: 1. never appears on the MLS. 2. arrives on the MLS marked "sale pending" (to one of the broker's relatives or friends). New offers are refused or discarded.
