Thank you Ward! I plan on taking your training BEFORE I start in the game. : I thought it might be an interesting exercise to have those that wish, post about their WORST deal. I tend to learn best from my mistakes...any one else? So how about it...? : What was your worst deal? Why? : What did you learn? What did you do differently after that? Partner and I bought property for $575,000...short time later had offered $875,000. Partner said NO, I said YES. He presented a better case and won out. We did not sell. Held and things went sour. Wound up losing $52,000 (Hard Cash..not paper or speculation) on it. What would I do different....PLACE more trust in your data and present a better case for your side. You MUST understand that you sell when the buyer wants to buy...NOT...when you want to sell.
