Bruce Norris' company, The Norris Group, probably has as good a reputation as I can think of, and their only business is making/arranging HM loans to investors on CA property. I've brokered many, many loans in the last 20+ years however I've never cared much for serving the investor market for reasons I'd rather not go into. Also, in my experience, if the deal is right, the money will appear! If I were trying to attract investors, I would attend all of the RE club and related events and start talking to the long-timers who enjoy the game but don't want to get their hands dirty anymore. Learn to talk their language, get answers to their questions, and learn to be a good, patient listener. Then, as your list begins to grow and you've developed a track record, you'll want to keep that list to yourself.
