Opponent is planning on shedding tears in front of a jury and get half a million. She was foreclosed on and we took possession of her abandoned property and gave her notice to remove her stuff. Condo neighbors and photos help show the property was abandoned for months (dead rat in bedroom, mess all over food dated months before foreclosure). : I wrote about this case here before: : http://www.foreclosureforum.com/mb/messages/28920.html : My current attorney says she is pregnant and does not want to continue the case, she is doing whatever she can to get off the case including sending me an inflated bill after 5 months of not responding to my requests for a bill.
