If two deals are identical except for a pool, I'd avoid a pool EVERY time. Problem is no two deals are identical. So, it depends on the numbers of the deal. Two friends on separate properties just put 10-12k into the pools. Yuck! Both still did real well, but... Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
