: Should a real estate investors avoid buying properties with a pool? Are they harder to sell? What if it is an area like Riverside, that gets really hot in the Summer?

we prefer houses without pools. it costs to bring pool back to life. the pools are usually dated in there style. it your sale price range is 400k or lower, then the buyers many times are stretched pretty thin with their borrowing ability, and the pool doesn,t increase the value much.all good reasons to buy houses without pools.
