He'd do the show and I would then listen to the people that had no money and bad credit want me to find them a house on such and such a block for a 40% discount with no money down. Oh, and the house had to be really nice. Nothing against being broke, been there. Had my share of credit issues too. But... that was a long unpleasant week. Speaking of favorites... ahh, memories of Wade Cook. I saw him interviewed by Hal Morris. I liked Hal, but Wade... Those guys sure make Ward look good, don't they? OK, back to the 'real' world.
