i was offered a deed n lieu on my home whicmortgage stopped the forclosure proceedings. the contract they sent has twists like it is freeing us from the house but there is stipulations such as rights, taxes, exceptions, liabilities they odo not go inot detail what those are and we are to pay taxes this yearas well as upcoming year..,,and on the affidavid they said that morgage com can at any time go into foreclosure back anytime they want too that is unfair how can i protect myself and get this to end .
asap please
thanks
