ball by not making their payments. I'm not sure what I would do if
I loaned someone $250,000 and then the borrower wanted me to
settle for $10,000, I sure hope no one would think that I am
playing hard-ball just because I want the borrower to honor the
agreement. What a twisted world we live in!

Had a Seller in same scenario, she went into foreclosure with
at least 3 reasonable offers on the table. I cannot fault the
Lenders... what message are they sending to the public if they
give in to every Theif that wants their way??? Kind of like the
USAs stance on hijackers??? You give in and they will just do
it again???
