: You have what the industry refers to as a "blown sale" meaning that the trustee did not have powers to sale via the t-sale due to BK stay.

: Either you or your attorney should contact both the foreclosing bene and the trustee.

: I have never seen a blown sale fixed by suing for quiet title, but I never stop learning how the court system can be used to one or the other side's benefit at detriment to the other.
