Joe,

In CA lenders aren't allowed to go after a borrower for a deficiency regarding a non-judicial foreclosure. So rest easy, your primary residence is safe.

: If i have a rental property,and its foreclosing soon, can the bank go after my primary residence. both properties are in california and my primary residence has very little if any equity, maybe 10grand or maybe minus 10 grand.
