I cant get through the phone maze to make an offer on an REO. I know its a long shot. Thanks. It's my understanding that Capital One owns five (5) townhouses located in Frisco, Texas 75034. I am seriously interested in purchasing all five townhouses. It's also my understanding, from Ms. Puderer in the REO deptartment, that the townhouses have recently been foreclosed and are currently in the evaluation stage. I have asked Ms. Puderer to contact me once the evaluation is complete and/or the Realtor that will be handling the sale of the property for Capital One. The addresses of the properties are: 8405, 8429, 8451, 8469, and 8495 Moore St, Frisco Texas 75034. My cell phone number is 214-725-9679 I look forward to your reply.
