I'd agree with the scenarios outlined, if the second loan balance were very small but at $119,000 I have serious doubts. I'd even agree that the first might go for the second getting $1,000-$3,000. Of course nobody has listed any details of actual SS that they completed, though I didn't really expect anybody to. Then there's the teeny winney problem of finding a willing buyer in this market. Most buyers are scared and think they can buy cheaper a year from now, and those that don't have hundreds of potential SS to choose from. The Padres are still a better bet.
