This was her second home that she intended to live in after she retired and sold her current residence. She has rented it at a loss since then. She lived in it off and on in between renters. It is in Corona, CA. Is the mortgage considered a Recourse or Non-Recourse loan? Would it be spelled out in the loan docs or is this open to speculation? There is not a second mortgage.
