recorded lien from Abstract of Judgement

Hi Ward,
I just recently recorded a lien on a debtor from an Abstract of Judgement. I just found out his house was for sale, but the probem is, it's in his wife's name. When the title co runs an inquiry, will the debtor's name come up at all or only the debtor's wife's name? Does the title co only run one inquiry at the beginning of escrow or do they also run on towards the end? I'm just wondering if I stand a chance to collect my debt.
Thanks
Teri-CA
