I factored in the prepay on the buy so paying it is not a problem, it would just be a nice little bonus to make an extra 5 grand if the law allows. If not no big deal. This is more of a learning experience. Prior to asking here I have been told the 2nd absolutely can not charge the prepay, I have also been told that the 2nd can under certain circumstances. I'm hoping to sort out the different answers through all you smart folks.
