Buying IRS RORHi Ward, I attended an auction this morning and watched a guy buy a home with an IRS lien on in for 8K. The house sold for 150 and is worth 190. I asked if he knew about the lien- he did. My question is can I buy the redemption rights at a discount, reimburse the investor and obtain title? If so, do I have to have another auction?
