(Unemployed) NO equity in house. I owe more than it is now worth. Mortage company is going to foreclose (2 months late...and not going to be able to pay). What is their procedure? Will I owe what they don't get? (They will NOT get what I owe...the prices of houses is rock bottom here now) sigh How long do I have before they put me out in the street? Oh...trust me....my mortgage company does not want to work with me. Their favorite word is foreclosure! Please don't spam me with get rich quick scams or bank deals!
