Posted by Linda on December 13, 2006 at 8:42 AM Newer to this, first one I'm watching that has a bunch of mechanics liens attached. 4 in total, different contractors, all are recorded later than the foreclosing lenders lien but I'm not sure if they are wiped off or I have to take care of them if I buy it.
