Does this mean that if we have a threatening letter from our mortgage lender about
"the Garn St. Germain Act not covering transfer of a title of a NON-owner occupied property into and
inter vivos (living) trust", that we are O.K. if we can prove to them that our 2-on-a-lot IS owner occupied,
and always has been?


I can't even get them to answer the phone!
